What we keep. Your mobile number and the name you give, the bookings you make and their details (for example "brakes grinding"), and which assistant made them. Businesses see this for bookings with them.

Why. To book with the business, let you see and change your bookings, and text you codes and confirmations.

Texts. We text you sign-in codes and booking updates. We don't send marketing.

Payments. blip doesn't take or store payment details. Deposits go through the business's own payment link.

Your assistant. Your AI assistant sees what blip's tools return in your conversation, under its own privacy policy.

Sharing. We don't sell your data. A business sees only bookings made with it.

Deleting. Ask us to delete your data and we will, except bookings a business needs for its own records.
