Do I need an account?
No. The first time you book, your assistant asks for your mobile number and we text you a 6-digit code to read back to it. That's all, once per conversation.
What can my assistant do without asking me?
Look up businesses, menus, prices and open times. Booking, ordering and messaging happen only when you ask, and each business's own rules apply. Many confirm personally by text; you'll hear back either way.
Does blip take payments?
No. You pay the business: at pickup, or by its own payment link (for delivery, before the courier is booked). blip never holds your money.
How does delivery work?
Your assistant gets the fee and timing for your address first. Once the business accepts and you've paid, a courier (DoorDash or Uber) is booked for when it's ready, and you get a tracking link by text. Every order has a live page you can follow.
What does blip keep?
Your number, the name you give, and your bookings, so the business knows who's coming. More on privacy.
